USON is built with a 'privacy-by-design' architecture. We believe that your cognitive data is deeply personal and should remain under your absolute control. This policy explains how we handle information in our 'local-only' environment.

2. Data Collection and Usage

USON does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifiable information (PII) to external servers. This includes:

• No names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• No location data or device-specific identifiers for tracking.
• No cognitive performance data is sent to us or any third party.

3. Local-Only Storage

All exercise results, progress charts, and app settings are stored locally on your device's secure sandbox. We recommend using encrypted device backups (e.g., iCloud Encrypted Backup) to protect this data, as it is lost if the app is deleted without a backup.

4. Third-Party Services and AI

USON does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud-based AI services. All cognitive processing and 'Adaptive Difficulty' algorithms run locally on your device's CPU/GPU.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since we do not hold any of your data, you have absolute control. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all associated data from your device.
