Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement ('Agreement') is between you and the USON development team. Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application or its content.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use USON on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Maintenance and Support

The USON team is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.

4. No Medical Warranty

USON is a cognitive training tool. It is NOT a medical device. Information provided is for educational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We provide the app 'as-is' without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USON shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

6. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
